AI Opportunity Scorecard · Instrument v1.0
Find the AI opportunities worth funding before another pilot goes nowhere.
The AI Opportunity Scorecard is a paid, productized diagnostic for CEOs and COOs who need executive clarity before investing in AI tools, pilots, or consulting. It scores organizational readiness separately from use-case attractiveness, then turns the result into a portfolio decision.
Paid early access starts at $1,000. Public launch pricing is expected at $1,500–$2,500. Early-access participants receive a manually reviewed Scorecard report before delivery.

What the Scorecard measures
Executive alignment, outcome clarity, investment posture, change appetite, risk posture, and competitive urgency.
Process documentation, data accessibility, data quality, tooling, integrations, talent, and measurement discipline.
Data classification, sanctioned AI tools, vendor review, access boundaries, audit logging, evals, data flow controls, and regulatory mapping.
Up to five workflows scored by value, feasibility, risk, and priority so leaders can choose what to build, de-risk, secure, or defer.
How it works
- Request paid early access. Jupiter Peak confirms fit before sending the payment link.
- Pay before intake. Early-access pricing starts at $1,000; payment is collected before the full Scorecard questions are released.
- Complete a 25-minute structured intake. Questions cover company context, readiness, governance, current AI footprint, and 1–5 candidate workflows.
- Jupiter Peak scores and reviews the answers. The math lives in code, not in a model improvising a maturity score; the report is manually reviewed before delivery.
- You receive an executive-ready report. The report includes readiness scores, archetype, use-case portfolio, risk register, and a 30/60/90-day roadmap.
- Optional white-glove review. Bryan can walk through the findings, pressure-test priorities, and identify the best first pilot.
Strategic, operational, and security/governance scores.
Candidate workflows ranked by value, feasibility, and risk.
Conversion paths mapped to the right Jupiter Peak entry offer.
Days of sequenced foundation, pilot, adoption, and measurement work.
What you receive
- Composite readiness score with Strategic Readiness, Operational Readiness, and Security & Governance sub-scores.
- Archetype assignment: Aspirational, Operator with debt, Capable but unfocused, or Compounder.
- Ranked use-case portfolio with Build now, De-risk first, Secure first, Defer, or Foundation first disposition.
- Auto-generated risk register with severity, trigger, and remediation headline.
- Capability gap map showing which readiness items are gating the top recommendations.
- 30/60/90-day roadmap with owner roles, dependencies, success metrics, and next offer recommendation.
Privacy posture
Scorecard submissions can include sensitive operating context. The v1 design assumes: no training on submissions, retention of raw submissions for no more than 90 days unless the buyer opts in, and human review before any final report is delivered. No fake benchmark bands will be shown until Jupiter Peak has enough real data to make them meaningful.
Phase 2 build status
The fast-path launch uses a paid early-access workflow: fit check, payment link, Tally intake, deterministic scoring engine, and manual report review before delivery. No free beta, no unpaid audit, no tire-kicker magnet.
